Thank you for the visual class last Sunday. You did an excellent job putting together the pictures and the music selections.

The two hour class was great!
Sunday's class was great too! They were both so good that as I wake up this morning I still feel the effects of those rides.

I just want to take a moment to let you know how much I enjoyed your discussion about panic issues at the Sunday spin class. Of course, the music and visual effects were excellent also. I was able to really connect with what you were speaking about and it enabled me to focus better on my ride. I got off the bike feeling very uplifted. Thanks again. See you tonight at class.
P.S. I loved Ed Esposito's 2-hour ride also!!!!!!!!

I wanted to personally write an e-mail thanking you for a great weekend of workouts!!!! You and Ed E. were totally awesome yesterday—it was a great class —AND today—was GREAT!!!!!! I especially related to the "OCD" part because I do have that with certain things, ie. checking doors if they are locked, check the stove before I leave for work (about 3 x's)—The music really worked well also.
Also you are an awesome teacher and friend—people like you are very hard to find these days, and I will always value your friendship. I don't think there are many people who can say they found friendship from a gym!

Good morning Angela,
Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed yesterday's Spin class.
Very inspirational. Fortunately I don't suffer from panic attacks, but I can certainly use the "float through the issue" in may aspects of my life. Especially my work life. In fact, I used that suggestion at my first meeting this morning.
I just pictured that rubber float gliding right by the "issue".
You are the most dedicated and caring instructors that I have ever met.
Once again great class! As usual.
